Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Attoscale LLC (“Nista,” “we,” “us”), which operates nista.me and the Nista app. By using Nista, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Nista.

Who can use Nista

You must be at least 13 years old to use Nista. If you are between 13 and 18, you may use Nista only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. By using Nista, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

What Nista is

Nista is a personal-styling tool and style publication. We generate outfit recommendations and provide editorial guidance. Recommendations are suggestions, not professional, medical, or financial advice, and you are responsible for your own purchasing decisions.

Accounts

You can use core features without an account. If you create one, you are responsible for the accuracy of your information and for keeping access to your account secure. Tell us promptly at hello@nista.me if you suspect unauthorized use. You may delete your account at any time.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you create on Nista, such as saved looks, your username, and any look you choose to share. By posting or sharing content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute it as needed to operate and promote the service. Looks you share are public to anyone with the link. Choose a username that is not misleading, offensive, or infringing; we may reclaim or change usernames and may remove content that violates these Terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data at scale, or use bots or automated means except as we expressly allow.
• Interfere with, overload, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Use Nista for anything unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or abusive.
• Reverse engineer or copy the service except as permitted by law.

We may suspend or terminate access for any violation, or to protect the service and its users.

Some links on Nista are affiliate links. If you buy through them, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. See our disclosure.

Third-party retailers and links

Products are sold by third-party retailers, not by Nista. Prices, availability, sizing, descriptions, and fulfillment are the retailer’s responsibility. We do not guarantee that any item shown is in stock or accurately priced when you click, and we are not responsible for third-party websites or their terms and privacy practices.

Intellectual property

Nista, including its name, design, text, and software, is owned by Attoscale LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. Product images and trademarks belong to their respective retailers and brands. You may not use our branding without permission.

AI-generated recommendations

Outfits and imagery are generated automatically and are illustrative. They may contain inaccuracies, and the figures shown are not photographs of you or of the actual product. Use your own judgment, and confirm details such as fit, materials, and price with the retailer before buying.

Disclaimers

Nista is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that recommendations will meet your expectations.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Attoscale LLC and its officers, members, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of Nista or purchases made through it. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed one hundred US dollars (US $100).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Attoscale LLC from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your use of Nista, your content, or your violation of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.

Termination

You may stop using Nista at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us at hello@nista.me so we can try to resolve it informally. Any dispute that cannot be resolved will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we will update the date above. Continued use of Nista after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
